American singer, dancer, actor and a founding member of the pop vocal group Backstreet Boys, Alexander James (AJ) McLean will attend the Licensing Expo 2024 to promote his international television show A New Kind of Beautiful Presented by Fashion Hero.
In April 1992, McLean was the first member to join the newly formed Backstreet Boys to be soon joined by Nick Carter, Howie Dorough, and cousins Kevin Richardson and Brian Littrell. The group enjoyed great success throughout the late 1990s and early 2000s with such hit songs as “I Want it That Way” and “As Long as You Love Me”. In addition, McLean has had a successful solo career releasing several albums and tours. He has also made numerous television and film appearances including “Dancing with the Stars” and “RuPaul’s Secret Celebrity Drag Race”. McLean is the host and an executive producer on the international television show A New Kind of Beautiful Presented by Fashion Hero. AJ McClean is also part of the original DunKings boy band from Dunkin Donuts with actor Ben Affleck (Argo, Gone Girl, Good Will Hunting), Matt Damon (Good Will Hunting, Jason Bourne, Oppenheimer), and Tom Brady aka the GOAT (NFL Quarterback and Hall of Fame, winner of seven NFL Super Bowl Titles).
